Mr. Sunshine can always discover the black cloud behind the silver lining, no matter how large and brilliant it is. Anyone may go from being on top of the world to hiding beneath their desk, embracing their teddy bear in ten minutes with Mr. Sunshine. He is a recurrent character in the series who appears in many episodes, although he is not as essential as the main protagonists or some of the other recurring characters who play greater parts. Mr. Sunshine resides in a cave beneath CatDog's home.
